The traditional village of Killin nestles amid magnificent scenery, straddling the spectacular Falls of Dochart. Within the Breadalbane (Gaelic for the high country of Scotland) area of the Trossachs National Park, it's a place of grand majesty, the Ben Lawers mountain ranges are amongst the highest in Scotland.

Craigbuie Guest House is in the centre of the village and is a large Victorian house built in 1884. We provide relaxing quality bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation all year round with seven comfortable en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor dining room, with original plasterwork, is a comfortable room where you can enjoy a freshly 'cooked to order that morning' Scottish Breakfast.

We are opposite the Newsagents, Outdoor Center and the Co-op supermarket and both the village churches are within a short walk as is the McLaren Hall and Killin Hotel.

Prices start at £30 per head, with children's prices starting at £16 per head ( breakfast included). We satisfy a wide range of requirements with twin, double and family rooms, king size beds and a four poster bedroom with private bathroom.
Broadband Internet connections are available in every room.

From such a diversity of wild terrain comes a wealth of wildlife habitats, with many varieties of birds and mammals and over a quarter of Britain's flowering wild plant species. Stay observant and you might catch a glimpse of an osprey, stag, mountain hare or golden eagle.

In a wilderness of beauty spots and welcoming hostelries, a place to relax and enjoy, a place of lore and legend, a place to explore, a haven for walkers and trekkers. Sitting on the shores of Loch Tay a place for sand castles, fishing or watersports.
