We strive to provide our guests with a relaxed, informal healthy breakfast.
We source as much as we can locally (e.g. sausages with 85% Perthshire pork, butcher made slicing haggis from Crieff). In the morning you can choose, any combination of ingredients from our menu. We only use the minimum amount of oil (olive oil only) for our fried ingredients (mushrooms and fried eggs). The Sausage, haggis and tomatoes are oven roasted and the bacon is grilled.
New for 2008 is the healthy alternative of 'Scottish Kedgeree'.
We can usually provide vegetarian sausages to complement the vegetable components of our breakfasts and will be pleased to cater for other dietary requirements. Please advise us when you book, or when you register.
