Our House was built in 1884 (a stone on the front of the house declares this), for one of the Breadalbane estate factors (managers). We have seven letting rooms with a variety of facilities in each, giving us the ability to cater for a wide variety of guest requirements. On the ground floor is the Dining room with original Victorian ceiling. The First floor has two triple rooms, a king sized double room and the ‘four poster suite’. The top floor has two double rooms and a family suite that caters for 5. All rooms have en-suite facilities.
The village is blessed with a good selection of facilities: pubs, restaurants, shops, a supermarket, laundrette, doctors surgery, nurses station, post office, ambulance station, helicopter landing pad (emergency services only), fire station, police station, large park with children’s play area, sports areas, etc.
All rooms are equipped with a Kettle mugs/cups, spoons and glasses, coffee tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, Hair Dryer, en-suite facilities, Colour Television (some rooms have a DVD player as well).
Internet access via Cat5 patch cable is available for a small charge. WiFi BT Openzone may also be accessed.
