We source as much as we can locally (e.g. Hand made sausages (from Comrie) with 85% Perthshire pork, butcher made slicing haggis from Crieff).

In the morning you can choose, any combination of ingredients from our menu. We only use the minimum amount of oil (olive oil only) for our fried ingredients (mushrooms and fried eggs). The Sausage, haggis and tomatoes are oven roasted and the bacon is grilled.
